These terms apply to purchases of CutieBump digital resources. Please read the product description and these terms before purchasing. CutieBump serves customers worldwide; mandatory rights under the laws that apply to your purchase are not excluded by these terms.

Digital products and purchases
CutieBump sells digital planners, checklists, guides, milestone cards, Canva templates, and bundles. No physical items are shipped. The product page explains what is included. Review the displayed price and checkout total before paying, and provide accurate details so your order can be identified.

Access to your files
Customers receive access to downloadable files directly on the website immediately after completing their purchase. Follow the download links provided after checkout. Save your files securely and check any access conditions shown with your order. If a genuine technical issue prevents access, contact hello.cutiebump@gmail.com with your order number if available.

Personal-use license and intellectual property
Your purchase grants permission to use the included resources for your own personal purposes, including printing resources offered as printable. It does not transfer ownership of the designs or content. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share the downloadable files or template-access links, or present the materials as your own work. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

Canva templates
Only products specifically described as editable Canva templates include Canva editing access. All CutieBump Canva templates work with Canva Free; Canva Pro is not required for the included templates. Canva’s own terms apply when you use its platform. Optional assets you add yourself may have separate licensing or payment requirements. PDF guides are not necessarily editable in Canva.

Educational and medical information
CutieBump resources are for general education and organization. They do not provide individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Discuss questions about pregnancy, nutrition, birth, recovery, or exercise with your healthcare professional. Do not delay seeking medical care because of something in a resource.

Refund Policy — No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Digital purchases are generally final once access is provided. CutieBump does not offer discretionary refunds on digital downloads. This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered content where applicable law provides them. Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right depends on the conditions required by that law; this policy alone does not waive those rights. For genuine technical download problems, contact support so we can help you access your purchase.
